The Thera-Band® Assist strap increases the range of exercises that can be performed with exercise bands and tubing.
Assist Strap is used by shoving the tubing or band trough the small loop. The large loop becomes a handle, which the athlete can use to create a better grip on the tubing or band. The loop can also be put around a foot or leg, to train the muscles in legs and feet.
The use of the Theraband Assist becomes particularly handy for users with poor grip strength, caused by sickness or an accident
